MVP Consulting Plus, Inc. (Albany, NY) seeks Software Test Engineer to conducting requirement analysis, transform business requirements to technical solutions implementation, and perform test plans based on requirements. Perform functional and regression testing of web-based and mobile software applications. Develop effective software strategies and test plans. Create automation scripts, execute test cases, analyze results, and create logs to document testing phases and defects. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle. Develop and test User Interfaces for both browser based and mobile environments. Understand the architectural requirements and develop prototypes / proof of concepts.

Requirements

: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field. Two (2) years of experience in manual & automation testing of web-based and server applications, to include use of Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG automation tools, and web debugging tools like XPath, Firebug and Firepath.
