Software QA Engineer (Contractor)
Duration: 6 months, with possibility of being e xte nde d to 18 months total.

The Sony Network Entertainment
Software QA
Engineer will be responsible for PlayStation
Store testing on PS3 devices
in a Scrum software development environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Plan
and execute QA related activities
Develop,
maintain and execute manual test cases in Rally
Report,
track and verify defects in Rally
Test
new features and accept user stories in Rally
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and other
web application technologies
Understanding of QA methodologies, best practices and
terminology
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in Japanese (a plus, but not required)
Ex p
erience working in Scrum environment
Experience working with non-PC devices (mobile, console,
set-top)
Knowledge
of any content management system
