Manage projects that require technical analysis utilizing transportation and traffic operations and simulation software. Manage staff that provides project support on a variety of traffic, transit and parking studies. Manage city transportation master plan projects.
BS in Civil Engineering, MS preferred. At least 7 years professional experience: project management experience (i.e., junior project manager). Extensive experience with Synchro, HCS, Passer or other intersection operations software; knowledge of simulation software (Corsim, Vissim) desirable, but not necessary; familiarity with traffic, transit and parking analyses; travel demand models such as MINUTP and TP ; good writing/communication/client-relations skills. PE required.
