Medical Device Manufacturing Senior Site Engineering Manager
Position Summary:
The Senior Engineering Manager
is a self-starter problem-solving engineer that can overcome obstacles when prototyping and verifying new designs and processes while keeping associates on task.
This Senior Engineering Manager
duties will include:
IQ/OQ/PQ validations and launch
Assembly of prototyping using finite tools in a lab setting
Fabricating using 3D and preparatory assembly machines
Design and build simple tools and fixtures for prototype completion
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years work experience
Technical experience is a plus
Prior manufacturing/production experience is a plus
Observant - Critical and active participant in technical reviews
Demonstrating leadership skills as a Senior Engineering Manager
using methods including workflow, layout, assembly, and leadership. With a team player mentality to motivate, address, and compromise. Using these skills to problems solving with attention to detail. A Senior Engineering Manager
will implement lean Six Sigma programs for benchmark safety.
