Addison Group is in immediate need of a Business Process Engineer for the business intelligence and data office. *Must be local to Austin, TX*
Job Description
Essential Functions:
Using advanced analysis skills to identify process improvement opportunities, define user stories, decompose user stories and perform user story mapping
Mentoring other process analysts and assisting management as a senior level contributor
Incorporating knowledge of change management principles to minimize business disruption for customers and employees
Using advanced organizational development skills to design, coordinate, and conduct training for user acceptance activities
Demonstrating advanced knowledge of operations for assigned business units to then be able to identify subject matter experts and personnel resources for use in business process engineering
Developing and maintaining consultative relationships with business resources and subject matter experts to gather information about needs, requirements, dependencies, and processes for use in implementing new processes and products
Measuring, monitoring, and reporting to product owner and stakeholders on the consistency and effectiveness of processes
Using advanced knowledge of business process engineering to design and propose new or altered processes to better achieve business objectives
Collaborating with business and technological experts to define process requirements for development and deployment related to deliverables of assigned products
Evaluating existing processes for efficiency, regulatory compliance, compatibility with other departments’ processes, and tendency to produce accurate output
Required Qualifications:
5 years of related experience
Experience with cloud services, a plus
Tableau experience a plus
Knowledge of agile framework and scrum team practices
Knowledge of distribution management and customer billing
Bachelor’s degree
