Job Description:

You will be partnering with business stakeholders to build truly integrated, collaborative, and competitive supply chains for Lubricants.

What’s the role?

As Digital and Data Analyst, your key accountabilities include the following:


Perform review of on digitalization project initiatives to ensure timely completion and value delivery.
Liaise with government agencies to understand their steer in Industry 4.0 and highlight fit for purpose suggestions to activities.
Extract data from data platforms, track and report Key Performance index (KPIs). KPI may include but not limited to: Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), Energy Performance index and CO2 footprint, Blend Right First Time (RFT), Sample Track and Trace (STT), Days in Inventory (DIO) etc.
Perform detailed data analysis on the KPIs and set target on those KPIs.
Perform data - based evaluation to identify work processes that is less than efficient and suggest area of improvements.
Perform weekly discussions and cadence with production, planning, logistic and quality team to plan and execute improvements item.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to design, execute and implement new digital tools.


What we need from you

To succeed in this role, you will have:


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Awareness in Industry 4.0 and Skilled in Data analytical/ visualisation tools (Spotfire/ Phyton/ Power Bi etc).
Experience in LEAN and/or Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies is a plus.
Demonstrated interest and outward focus on new technologies, sustainability, industry trends.
Experience with manufacturing and production operations.
Excellent communication skills across organization levels.
Strong teamwork & collaboration skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
