Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Solution Delivery Lead in Austin, TX.
Work You’ll Do
Responsible for large scale information technology systems, business processes, security regulatory risk management and security vulnerabilities. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support service offering or industry projects. Apply advanced business processes, internal control risk management and IT controls and related standards. Actively participate in decision making with engagement management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions. Generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo. Work with clients and the system development teams to design and implement controls to appropriately secure the data at rest, in use and in motion. Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Participate in and actively support mentoring relationships within practice. Implement complex business and information technology management processes.

Requirements
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Operations Management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
Eighteen months of experience in performing vulnerability assessments, streamlining security processes, and implementing security solutions.
Experience must include eighteen months of:
Monitoring clients' cyber security events for attacks, vulnerabilities and data breaches utilizing SIEM tools, including IBM QRadar, HP ArcSight, and Splunk Enterprise Security;
Assisting clients with information gathering and cyber security investigations utilizing WireShark, Logger, and Intrusion Detection Systems;
Creating client performance reports documenting findings and recommendations;
Performing controlled penetration testing on complex applications, operating systems, and wired and wireless networks using tools, including Rapid7 Metasploit, Burp Suite, IBM Appscan, and Nmap;
Utilizing host/network access control mechanisms, including access control lists and capabilities lists;
Supporting work streams on engagements, including application security testing, infrastructure vulnerability scanning, reviewing and prioritizing results, and remediation, as well as coordinating the remediation of assessment results;
Analyzing network and host activity in successful and unsuccessful intrusions by advanced attackers;
Employing vulnerability management methodologies and procedures, and application and infrastructure vulnerability scanning solutions, including Tenable Nessus, Rapid 7 Nexpose, and HP Fortify static code analyzer;
Performing vulnerability management services for complex applications, COTS software, network systems, operating systems, databases, and storage solutions; and
Utilizing International Standards, NIST Special Publications, and Cyber Security Frameworks.
