The ideal candidate will be an excellent engineer and in the application development and project management aspects of the role with experience in a large enterprise, highly customized environment.
This role will lead efforts to deliver complex solutions, assist in creating a culture of high code quality, leading the team by providing strong consultative content – creation and presentation - in technical design sessions, as well as planning activities and contributing to strategic planning.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Lead/assists in leading sprint planning from a technical perspective
Scope and stage large projects into actionable and well-defined milestones.
Participate in the creation and presentation of technical designs
Anticipates technical issues at the product level and makes architectural and design decisions to avoid issues
Leads and effectively manages the triage of complex issues across systems in both production and locally
Demonstrates creativity and takes initiative in solving complex problems
Consistently delivers a high volume of story points relative to their team
Able to fill in holes in product direction and take appropriate action within their team
Plans delivery of coarse-grained business needs spanning multiple applications
Lift the team through contributing a variety of strategies/solutions and influence cross-functional technical peers
Demonstrate knowledge of industry trends and look for ways to apply those trends to products
Sets a consistent example of agile development practices and coaches other engineers to collaborate with Product and UX
Be an advisor and mentor to junior resources

Minimum Requirements:
3 or more years experience with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
3 or more years experience in software development
3 or more years experience with full-cycle CRM IT implementation experience
3 or more years experience with Dynamics CRM Online
5 or more years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
2 years experience working with Microsoft SDK and/or Developers Toolkit
2 years experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
2 years of Active Directory, IIS, DNS experience
1 or more years of experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure services
2 years experience creating engineering diagrams in Microsoft Visio or equivalent
2 years experience leading multiple large projects with advanced organizational skills
2 years of Project Management (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.) experience
