**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join the Digital and Information Technology team. This role will act as the escalation point and technical SME to ensure day to day excellence of Active Directory and supporting infrastructure. The individual in this role will resolve and appropriately completes assigned projects, change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues as well as applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team, determining course of action for new application initiatives. The individual will implement new software solutions as required by the business. The Engineer will also track status of problem records, provide root cause analysis, working through providing audit evidence on time and ensure timely resolution of issues or findings.

Key Responsibilities:
Development of services provided by the Active Directory team. Partnering with product and engineering teams to implement end to end availability
Lead 3rd level AD Team queue and aid in guidance to the 2nd level Active Directory team
Analyze and assess problem situations - plan, design, and implement suitable solutions
Improve existing processes through automating solutions of recurring problems and enhancements to existing solutions
Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of Active Directory and related systems
Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations
The AD SR Engineer is responsible for ensuring that their team follows defined processes for internal and external compliance programs, such as audits, PCI, and SOX
The SR AD Engineer regularly participate in Holiday Readiness, Disaster Recovery & SDLC initiatives and are responsible for their own deliverables
Minimum Requirements:
8 years of Active Directory experience working in areas to include application development, system administration or operational support
6 years’ experience of automating work via PowerShell
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Azure instances B to C and B to B integrations with cloud providers
2 year experience audit implementing defined processes for Internal and external compliance programs
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and ability to support Active Directory components and related infrastructure in an enterprise environment (2016 and 2019)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Network Policy Server (NPS/Radius)
Track problem records and provide root cause analysis and resolution
Knowledgeable of Group Policy Administration
Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles, and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals
Provide third tier support for client/server infrastructure and application support
Analyze and resolve problems related to access control, user administration, and operating level system security
Experience working with and setup and supporting Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory Connect (AADC)
Experience with managing a WSUS environment
Strong Experience working with PowerShell automating many daily tasks for efficiency
Experience with Service Now (SNOW) ticketing systems
Ability to operationalize new technologies
Experience supporting multifactor authentication technology
Demonstrated leadership abilities in coaching/mentoring junior support team members
