The Engineering Stores Coordinator Position is a permanent, days only role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Your main responsibilities as an Engineering Stores Coordinator will include:
Managing the issuance, receipt, and control of customer-owned inventory using the company's ERP stock management systems.
Utilizing the ERP system for storeroom tasks such as cycle counting, stock checks, and material planning.
Maintaining weekly materials counts and promptly informing the account manager of any potential stock shortages or slow-moving items.
Processing requisitions, ensuring timely order placement, and coordinating with the purchasing department.
Overseeing the goods in/out process.
Handling returns to suppliers as necessary.
Maintaining accurate stock control records.
Performing general stores duties and ensuring cleanliness.
Key qualifications for this role include:
Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP.
Strong IT skills.
Previous experience in a stores/supply chain position.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
