Senior IT Specialist

Profile

Provide advanced and complex technical support including VPN (RSA token), Citrix, MS Office 365, Cloud technologies, encryption/decryption support, MS SCCM support. Application packaging, testing and deployment, and general support of current and future technologies
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 7 years demonstrated hands-on experience and/or training in areas of information and emerging technologies including but not limited to enterprise networked desktops, servers, security, and cloud technologies. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems. Must be certified in any one (2) of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, or Apple Certified Mac Technician, or A , or HDI, or MCITP, or MCTS.
