In this role, you will work with a feature-packed automation suite with opportunities to expand into AI/ML development to create an intelligent automation platform. You will have development autonomy and will impact an entire department with the automations you create. Our platform is mature enough to start developing right away and has the proper governance, controls, and security support to eliminate the common overhead issues in the industry. Responsibilities

The Senior Automation Engineer designs, programs, simulates, and tests automated processes, and is responsible for detailed design specifications and other documents. The engineer will be working with enterprise RPA tools and different scripting languages. This role will impact the team and department's strategy, makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. When given assignments, the engineer will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches and will lead other engineers with best practices.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of experience in information technology
Software QA testing multi-tier enterprise web applications experience
At least 2 years of experience with white-box, web-service integration, and server back-end testing.
2 years of experience building automated solutions in an enterprise setting
Experience creating process diagrams of automations (i.e., ADD, SDD), amongst other client-facing documents
Possess a fundamental understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, logging, and SQL
Have experience working with OCR, IVR, or other AI platforms
Passionate about mentorship and coaching of junior developers
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree in Computer Science
More than 3 years of RPA or other automation development experience
Certification in Anywhere A360 or similar RPA tool
Experience with building A360 projects
API development experience
Python experience in a Machine Learning setting
Pandas_ML, Scikit-learn or other ML development experience
Built ML projects using Spark or PySpark
