We're looking for a Senior Professional - Digital Transformation Engineer to complement our cross-functional transformation team to help co-create the future of Humana IT. As a member of our IT Strategy & Transformation organization, you'll use your masterful skills to deliver on strategic objectives and key results aligned to our Cloud Agility strategy. We need a charismatic, humble, and extraordinary individual to bring our vision to life.

Build-measure-learn

You will have the opportunity to positively impact thousands of associates as you work on things like the integration of a new operating model, automation of process/workflow, assess change readiness of IT departments, coach/consult leaders on our transformation framework, design and develop executive dashboards, facilitate design workshops, measure organizational performance, act as a change agent, and experiment with technology to find new innovative ways to transform the nature of work at Humana.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Information Systems, Psychology, or similar field
6 or more years of experience in large, complex technology environment
2 or more years developer experience with R, Python, Stata, C/C , data analytics, regression
Experience with workflow design/implementation and business process modeling/re- engineering
Must be able to demonstrate your work regularly and communicate your ideas to executive audiences
Must be an active listener that connects dots for others and creates clarity from ambiguity
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills


Desired Qualifications


Functional knowledge of business management capabilities (OKRs, organizational effectiveness, program management, strategic planning, corporate communications)
Microsoft Teams / Office365 Cloud automation and integration experience
Service Now workflow design, integration, and automation
Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
