About us:  Siemens Real Estaten(SRE) is responsible for the professional management of Siemens’ real estatenportfolio worldwide. SRE manages the real estate portfolio, operates thenproperties, and is responsible for building projects and the purchase and salesnof real estate. SRE thus ensures that the use of resources is optimized andnsustainable in terms of costs, transparency, and efficiency. This includes thenacquisition, setup of new commercial/industrial real estate, renovations,ndisposition of locations and servicing customers with a broad set of servicenofferings. For our Siemens Team in Abu Dhabi we are searching with immediateneffect to recruit an experienced Technical Project Manager to our lead projectsnin region middle east including but not limited to the Project “Expo Dubai”nProject.  What role will younplay? • Perception of thentechnical owner function during planning and execution of constructionnprojects • Securing timeline,ncosts and project continuity in all stages of a project, incl. counteractivenmeasure in case of irregularity • Manage external andninternal project participants such as construction company, architects andnother planning partners, project controller and consultant. • Controlling ofncustomer/ user specific requirements • Close work togethernwith authority and other external partners until the final takeover of thenbuilding • Preparation andnexecution of decision-making bodies, management presentations, externalncommunication • Obtain and observe allnproject relevant decisions and Siemens internal approvals • Securing all securitynmeasures on construction site within the scope of the Siemens “Zero HarmnCulture”  What qualification doesnthe successful candidate bring? • Successfully completednuniversity education with specialization in construction engineering ornarchitecture • More than 5 years ofnprofessional experience in project management as well as in planning andnorganization of greater construction measures, preferred in the construction ofnoffice and R&D buildings • Approved projectnexperience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) • Very good knowledge ofnlocal standards as well as regulations for the prevention of industrialnaccidents in Abu Dhabi • High pro-activity,npositive appearance as well as entrepreneurial behavior with pronouncedncommunication skills and cost orientation • Responsible, assertivenand team-minded talent with organizational skills • Perfect command ofnEnglish and Arabic.
