Humana is continuing to grow! This opening is for a Senior Data Visualization Engineer, who will work with stakeholders to perform data analytics and build interactive visualizations for stakeholder engagement. A significant amount of time will be working on CTM analyses and related reports. The role will collaborate with digital health & analytics, MarketPoint, the retail contact center and compliance teams. The role will have the ability to provide regular, as well as ad hoc analyses to these groups on a regular basis, with the ability to perform analytics based on ever-changing stakeholder needs. You will share insights with senior leaders, in order to develop CTM strategies and identify insights. You will exercise decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and work under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. What you need for success! - Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related field
5 or more years of professional experience performing data analytics and building user interfaces, visualizations, and data algorithms
Experience taking complex data and making it more accessible, understandable and usable for leaders to derive insights
Extensive experience building dashboards in Power BI
Experience with reporting and creating metrics for management
Has a data mindset
Clear oral and written communication skills
Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must be available to work between the hours of 8:30 am - 6:00 pm EST (M-F).
Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
If residence is within a 50-mile radius of a Humana office location, you may be asked to occasionally report to that office for meetings, business functions, etc. once CDC restrictions have been lifted.


Work at Home Requirements


Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.


What you need to be STAND OUT among the crowd! Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related field
Healthcare or managed care experience
Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlikView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools
Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Prior Healthcare experience
