Profile

1.
Ensures reliability and uptime of the automations and automation platform
Leads the service management desk through troubleshooting and resolution of RPA issues at the platform and at a bot level
Provisioning and maintaining the automation environment (running processes, maintaining resource PCs, debugging processes)
Addresses automation issues quickly and professionally
Implements project governance and reporting procedures to monitor and control progress, including project status reporting, implementation, issue and scope management and quality assurance.
Manages client data integrity, ensuring confidentiality and the safe storage of records and files (electronic and hard copy) is utilised
2. Provides technical oversight and quality assurance of solutions developed
Supports the Automation Engineers through leading quality assurance reviews, including: code review, use of standard code components, automations are built to defined standards, solutions are robust, fit-for-purpose and minimize runtime
Contributes to development of best practice Python development standards
Acts as gate keeper for production environment, ensuring robust solutions with minimal issues
Provides technical expertise and guidance for automation engineers
Assist in overseeing automation engineer development – for timeliness, quality and ability to solve the client business problem

Provides technical delivery of automation processes
Supports the implementation full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools
Provide technical expertise to deliver effective automation solutions
Problem solving issues that arise in a day-to-day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
Design, document, develop, and execute test automation plans from business requirements
Ensures that critical operational deliverables are appropriately prioritised and are delivered on time within scope

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree qualifications and/or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative based degree
Demonstrated strong software development experience with Python, GitHub
At least 3 years of relevant experience in building and supporting automation projects
Demonstrated excellent Python programming skills
