Please note that you will have to create a new account on the application page.POSITION SUMMARY:  The Unified Commerce team contributes to PVH’s transformation through project and operational leadership of business and technology capabilities.  Our mission is to lead, listen and partner to create extraordinary value for our brands and consumers through retail and eCommerce systems. The Sr. Manager Retail Engineering will drive the engineering design & technical architecture retail application team to deliver high performing and transformational technology capabilities.  This role has a significant leadership (influence) impact on software selection and solution architecture.  Will partner with product managers, engineering teams as well as external partners to drive end-to-end project execution and enable business value through technology.In this role, you will be responsible for all engineering and technical design decisions for the central server of the Point of Sale (POS) and associated custom-developed retail applications.  You will additionally be responsible for the strategic direction of the platforms.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  Operate in a leadership capacity within the Retail and Omnichannel application work streams for the PVH Unified Commerce transformation initiativesDrive the design, development, implementation and ongoing continuous improvement of PVH’s Retail and Omnichannel systemsThis role is pivotal in owning the engineering, designing, and optimizing the performance of TPG applications in the retail portfolioOversee development of project plans, timelines, & resourcing for all technical initiativesDrive and facilitate all application performance testing in preparation for our annual holiday peaks, with strong technical aptitude for WAS and DB2Oversee governance, prioritization, and management of  enhancement requests across business unitsCreate and own the roadmap for upgrading applications to maintain technical health, migrate to MuleSoft for integration standards, and simplify the technology landscape in the retail portfolioThe ideal candidate will Lead, inspire, and influence to make sure your team is successfulEstablish great rapport with other engineering teams, product managers, business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaborationEnsure team has appropriate direction, leadership and balance between short-term impact and long term visionDrive vendor partnerships in the region;
