Supervising, Managing, and Directing Engineering in a Renewable Energy or Process Oriented Industry

UP to $200,000 or -

This executive position, Director of All Engineering, is responsible for managing all aspects of Engineering, Project Management and Construction for this highly regarded and well-established manufacturer, with 14 operational plants across the country. Responsible for developing project related budgets and schedules. Maintain environmental compliance. Duties also include allocating appropriate external resources. Of course, this position requires leadership and problem solving skills, and a passion for motivating professionals.

Qualifications should include the following:
The attribute most desirable is a proven successful record of managing, planning, scheduling and motivating technical professionals
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or other relevant engineering degree.
Experience in budgets and scheduling.
Experience supervising multidiscipline technical staff.
Experience in process design, development, operations. or management
Engineering experience in gas, fluid, or petro-processing environment.
Dealing with corrosive / toxic chemicals is a plus.
Working knowledge of thermodynamics and compression systems
Familiarization with automated valves.
Knowledge of Process Control systems.

With this, (link removed) exposure to Process Equipment such as:
pumps, coolers, process piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, compressors, modulated valves, rotating equipment, combustion devices, fluid flow, instrumentation, process controls, and like components found in major PROCESSS ORIENTED PLANTS is required.
