The appliance also offers advanced auditing capabilities and centralized management for remote access.u00A0Our product is mission-critical to our customers and our success depends on our ability to evolve our product to satisfy new customers while improving stability and maintaining security and quality.u00A0Duties and Responsibilitiesu00A0u00A0Improving product quality and performance.u00A0Designing, building, and maintaining APIs, services, and systems to fulfill product needs.u00A0Debugging production issues across multiple layers on a diverse set of platforms and environments.u00A0Working with engineers and stakeholders across the company to build new features.u00A0Improving engineering standards, tooling, and processes.u00A0Responsible for extending, expanding, and integrating the latest changes and developments in the platforms our customers use.u00A0Required Qualificationsu00A07 years of experience in building or supporting complex software systems.u00A0Strong coding skills in Java, C , Go or another statically typed language for building highly performant services.u00A0Experience in systems engineering with regards to testing, reliability, security, and observability.u00A0Familiarity with developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications.u00A0Team player mentality and like to mentor and share your knowledge with others.u00A0Experience working with teams collocated in remote offices.u00A0Ability to tackle ambitious goals and projects and the ability to get things done.u00A0A good understanding of the SSH protocol and capabilities like reverse port forwarding.u00A0Working Conditionsu00A0This is a fully remote opportunity based out of Costa Rica.
