The Opportunity
This Role is a hybrid role, you will be expected to work in the office in Paris at least 3 days per week
This is an exciting six-month internship opportunity to join a first-class services area and work alongside industry leading talent as part of our Customer Experience team! Your Role
Assess **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. products usage by the customer to better drive adoption.
Administrate and support the customer's **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. environment to ensure an excellent experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing guidance on **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. best practices, reference architecture, validating designs, training, and enablement of customer resources.
Collaborate with the sales team in identifying and communicating new opportunities as well as ongoing customer status.
Keep customers constantly informed by providing status reports on projects, updates to software, and any auxiliary documentation required.
What You´ll Bring
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to perform white boarding and training sessions.
A desire to work directly with customers, displaying a customer centric mindset.
Interest in Hyperconverged Infrastructure technology, especially regarding Storage and Virtualization.
A team player that enjoys taking a creative approach to problem solving, with the capacity to analyze and diagnose complex problems across different platforms.
The ability to speak French at a Native level, along with an excellent level of writing, reading and spoken English.

Thanks to my experience and leadership capabilities, one of my biggest qualities is to create a work environment that combines both excellence in execution while maintaining a challenging but fun and pleasant work atmosphere. When I am not at work, I am passionate about cooking good food that I enjoy eating with family and friends. I also like long distance cycling and trail running.
I´m a big believer of collective intelligence. In a more and more complex world, when we work as a community, we feel stronger, and everybody can benefit from individual skills and strength. How We Work
You will work from the office at least 3 days per week. Some travel to customer sites around Ile-de-France region may be required.
