It provides a secure foundation, with standard processes and tools, to ensure access to GSK information and systems is protected. The Privileged Access Management Service provides a centralised solution for the management, usage and audit of privileged accounts across the entire GSK IT estate. The service includes complete privileged account lifecycle management from on-boarding of systems and accounts through to eventual deletion, and all service and support components necessary for operation. The Privileged Access Engineer primary purpose is to provide subject matter expertise on the Privileged Access Service toolset, which includes CyberArk, SailPoint, and other bespoke tools, for ensuring that GSK effectively and securely manages Privileged access to its applications and underlying technology. This a key role for designing and implementing enhancements to the tools and processes based on security best practices, resolving service escalations, and implementing requested improvements. These responsibilities include some of the following: Provide Subject Matter Expert level support for Privileged Access Management services working with customers globally across the business, tech, and security Work with Privileged Access level 2 and level 3 support and Identity Access Management service teams globally for issue resolution, service enhancements, and strategic plan implementations for the service Support and expand integrations of the Privileged Access toolset with other platforms and technology based on strategic direction across the GSK technology stack and supported applications Troubleshoot CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite and integration with the wider eco-system, including ticketing systems, Active Directory, security logging and monitoring (Splunk), identity and access management, enterprise monitoring and alerting Design and enhance operations procedures for privileged account provisioning/de-provisioning, privileged account management and governance Work closely with project and product managers to drive technical requirements and perform on-boarding of privileged accounts into the Privileged Access Service to ensure necessary controls are met based on application compliance requirements Support quality & compliance, audits and assessments (both internal and external led, SOX, Deloitte) to ensure compliance in this area Provide L3/SME support for Privileged Access Service toolset (CyberArk) which will include on call support Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices, middleware and databases. Troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite and integration with the wider eco-system, including ticketing systems, Active Directory, security logging and monitoring (Splunk), identity and access management, enterprise monitoring and alerting Perform Privileged Access toolset operations on day-to-day basis Support the service including CyberArk application, provision/de-provision of privileged accounts in AD, Unix, AS400 environments; create access, modify, issue RSA tokens, Skype support for privileged access customers when required Manage risk items, provide sound technical judgement for security solutions and trends. Conduct root-cause when required Support quality & compliance, audits and assessments (both internal and external led, SOX, Deloitte) to ensure compliance in this area Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology 3 years of overall IT experience with preference being in Cybersecurity 1 years of work experience supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAM) solution Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Basic understanding of high-availability (HA) and failover implementations for network infrastructure and server systems CyberArk Platform certification preferred Self-motivated, confident and reliable Ability to assume ownership and willingness to take responsibility and manage projects to completion Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis Well versed in documentation of installation procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), etc. Hands on experience in Windows programming (.Net, VB Scripting, PowerShell, Administrative scripting) a plus. Experience with Windows/ UNIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment. Understanding typical Enterprise Change Management processes.
