u003cbru003eu003cbu003eDescription:u003c/bu003eLockheed Martin MFC is seeking a Cyber Test u0026amp; Exploitation Sr. Manager to oversee our Advanced Program initiatives within the Cybersecurity Technology Center. u003cbru003eu003cbru003eIn this role you will be involved in some of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control’s highly innovative and ingeniousu003cbru003esolutions to complex technical problems facing the aerospace industry. You will leverage your technical, leadership and interpersonal skills in a structured team framework and work in a cross-functional engineering environment.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eThis position is responsible for Research u0026amp; Development (Ru0026amp;D) teams that help to protect our weapon systems from increasingly sophisticated threats.u003cbru003eu003cbru003eAs a Leader, you will also support the cyber test and exploitation team ensuring program assessments are conducted to improve integrity and security of enterprise and weapon system environments. u003cbru003eu003cbru003eThe Cyber Test and Exploitation (CTET) team performs penetration testing and related activities across a wide variety of platforms and technologies using advanced techniques and methodologies, such as embedded hardware, electronic warfare, radio frequency, etc. u003cbru003eu003cbru003eAdditional Responsibilities include:u003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Utilize domain knowledge to develop systems and exploitation methods for use in cyber and adjacent-field missionsu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Solve extremely challenging and complex problems related to attack vectors and mitigationsu003cbru003eu003cbu003eBasic Qualifications:u003c/bu003eu003cbru003e*Must currently hold a DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position*u003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Bachelors degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Experience in research, development, and transition of advanced technology within the Department of Defense (DoD) for embedded cyber or product security (i.e. red teaming, penetration testing, and program assessments of DoD weapon systems)u003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Experience working within the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC)u003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Experience leading diverse teams of Cybersecurity engineering conducting Cyber Exploitation activitiesu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Experience supporting validation and verification of security requirements on DoD systemsu003cbru003eu003cbu003eDesired Skills:u003c/bu003eu003cbru003e• Extensive Experience developing embedded DoD National Security Systems (NSS) requiring Systems Security Engineering implementationsu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Design experience through the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC) developing embedded system security solutions for DoD weapon or tactical systemsu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Experience conducting penetration testing activities on productsu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Demonstrates both tactical as well as strategic thinking and creative problem solvingu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectivelyu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Exposure to embedded system vulnerability scanning and Software Assurance (SwA) activitiesu003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Possess an approved DoD 8570 baseline certification for IAT Level II (CISSP, CAP, etc.).u003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Maintaining, developing and/or supporting test equipment hardware and/or software supporting the security posture of Weapon System hardware, sub-systems, etc.u003cbru003eu003cbru003e• Strong understanding of System Security Engineering (SSE) principals and process.
