General Description:
Designs and manages all systems, databases, applications and network infrastructure within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and/or other connected entities. Ensures all businesses and entities are properly maintained and operating efficiently at peak performance. Configures and maintains all cloud environments relating to Information Systems or other departments as needed to keep business operational. Supports the Information Systems department as one of the final layers of technical support to ensure business continuity and employee satisfaction with timely resolutions to problems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
*Designs and maintains all networks within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and other connected entities, responsible for the secure transmission of data throughout the organization.
*Configures, manages and monitors all cloud platforms including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Exchange, Cisco Umbrella and other Information Systems related environments.
*Configures, maintains and upgrades all hardware including but not limited to network, server, storage, computer and other business related equipment.
*Provides technical expertise to all staff to support all business needs within the scope of Information Systems or related.
*Configures and maintains all backups of critical infrastructure configurations, files and their historical backups as needed to meet compliance standards.
*Plans, facilitates and implements all projects as needed within the Information Systems department or relating departments that include technology, hardware or software platforms.
*Documents of all networks, hardware and configurations within the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. organization or connected entities.
*Responds to all helpdesk calls and/or tickets as needed to ensure business operates as needed for optimal performance.
*Shares responsibility with Director of Information Systems to meet or exceed all compliance requirements such as NIST, FAR, CMMC, HIPAA and other requirements that **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. complies with.
*Responsible for staying up to date with new technology, security policies, applications and other Information Systems related categories to support their ongoing learning within the field.
*Adheres to all Agency Policies and Procedures and utilizes appropriate process to report issues.
