You Have:
5+ years of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
3+ years of experience with supporting digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
Experience with supporting strategic investment and innovation initiatives    
Experience with system engineering life cycle, including requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment for major DoD systems
Experience with MBSE and Digital Engineering tools and processes to create and manage tailored MBSE artifacts
Experience with the practical application of UML, SysML, and UAF modeling and architecture frameworks
Experience with MBSE tools including Magic Draw/Cameo/SparxEA
Knowledge of DoD acquisition programs and the acquisition lifecycle
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s Degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with leading engineering efforts for teams and projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple functions
Experience with technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and effectiveness analyses for digital model-based integration efforts
Experience with configuration management, risk management, cybersecurity, and certification processes
Experience using modeling tools including MATLAB, Simulink, and AFSIM
Ability to conduct requirements traceability analysis to support test and evaluation, planning, modeling and simulation, and verification and validation activities
Ability to review program Systems Engineering documents and Technical Reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Ability to analyze requirements to capture functional design specifications
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
