Project Engineer Jobs description
A project engineer job opening may be available with a telecom company, construction agency, manufacturing company, textile manufacturer, electronics manufacturing company, IT company, or other engineering company. A project engineer is responsible for successful operation of an assigned engineering project. Typical duties of a project engineer include handling all engineering related or technical issues associated with the project; hiring and training executives to work on the project; delegating responsibility to subordinates; and providing suggestions to the management on project related matters. A project engineering opening may also refer to a short-term contract position, where the hiring period is as long as the life of the project.A project engineer should have a bachelor\\\'s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, electronics and communications engineering, textile engineering, computer science engineering, architectural engineering, or in any other engineering discipline. Experience in handling or assisting in engineering projects is an advantage.
