Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify and diagnose complex performance, security, and technical issues
Develop and implement solutions across a wide range of technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare
Implement and maintain Secure Host Baseline in combination with DISA STIG requirements
Maintain physical back-end and virtual servers running on VMWare and Nutanix
Maintain multiple virtual desktop infrastructures using Citrix XenDesktop
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an IT related field and 11-13 years of IT related experience
Must possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Current DODD 8140/8570 IATII certification (or higher) required (e.g., CCNA Security, Security CE, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc)
MCSA 2016, MS 365 Enterprise Admin Expert or equivalent certification
Experience with Windows Server 2019
Working knowledge of Citix XenDesktop
Solid working knowledge of VMware ESXi 6.x/7.x
Significant experience with Microsoft Active Directory, multiple forests/multiple domains
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2016/2019, multiple instances, clustering
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Working knowledge of SANs, preferred HP storage solutions
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
VMware certification VCP 6.x
Experience with Commvault 11.x
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
Experience with Windows Server 2019, SQL 2016, SharePoint 2019
Experience with Microsoft Exchange, 2016/2019
Experience developing IT checklists, SOPs, guides, etc.
Security Clearance Requirements:
An active and current TS/SCI clearance is required.
