Senior Principal Chemical Engineer
Role:
As a Senior Principal Chemical Engineer, this person will be reporting up to a Lead Engineer and responsible for new product development and delivery. This would include understanding the customer's specific needs then designing, developing, driving improvements, creating trainings, and creating documentation.
Responsibilities:
Work with customer to create engineering solutions for new product development
Design, develop, and document new custom products
Work with sales, operations, and other teams to drive new product offerings
Work directly with the customer to help with new product installations, validations, problem resolution, etc.
Travel Requirements:
This position will be traveling to customer sites 50% of the year.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemistry is required.
MBA or Master's degree is a plus but not required
4 years of prior product development, product design, and client interaction
Must be able to communicate with all levels of employees across several disciplines; strong communication skills
Compensation:
A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including a base salary, bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, a GREAT 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, etc.
Working Situation:
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office a week and 2 days working from home.
