Expert Cost Controller Well Engineering

Profile

To support OMV (Norge)'s Exploration Organisation and to ensure the delivery of well projects within budget and in compliance with OMV's WE, Procurement and Finance Standards and Procedures.
The Expert Cost Controller will support the well engineering and operations activity covering the planning and execution of drilling and P&A operations.
Key responsibility:
- Prepares Well Budget and AFE Cost Estimates specific for the Norwegian offshore environment,
- Supports Purchase to Pay Process, prepares PRs and SRs
- Performs Cost Controlling of Well Specific Costs and Internal Budgets.
- Maintains Monthly Accrual Form.
- Control of weekly cost reports.
- Control of Monthly Timewriting Process for Well Engineering Departmetn
- Responsible for all drilling cost (vendor cost, inhouse cost, time writing etc.)
- End of Well cost analysis (actual spending versus AFE)
- End of Well usage reconciliation of tangibles, rig rate etc.
- Verification of invoices received
- Liases with Procurement and Finance.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience
Relevant Drilling Cost Estimater und Cost Controller Experience
Computer Skills in MS Excel, SAP, P1 and IQx
Fluency in the English language
Good communications skills, team oriented working style
Duration: Soonest - June - 6 month with possibility for extensions
