CAD Technician
Well respected consulting engineering firm wants to add an experienced CAD Technician:
Draw boundary surveys, easement sketches, and other types of surveys.
Interpret and draw utility as built.
Perform detailed research at the town, county, and state levels.
Read, plot, and locate land descriptions pertaining to easements and parcels of land.
Review Title documents and Table A (ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys) items and apply them to the survey.
Communicate with Director of Surveying to verify job completion is up to company standards
Requirements:
Land surveying knowledge.
5 years experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel.
