My client is currently seeking a Senior PM/Associate (Structural)
to join their growing team.
Their market sectors include Aviation, Health Care, Higher Education, Life Sciences, Mission Critical, and building rehabilitation. We offer a terrific compensation package, with a unique opportunity to become part of the leadership team, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who is dedicated to structural engineering design excellence. They will have proven successful working relationships with Architects and Contractors in the Chicago area and beyond. They will have a strong desire to lead a local team of structural engineers thru sharing of their experience and knowledge. They will have a strong desire to work collectively with the Principal and the Business Development Manager to interact and respond to business development opportunities in the Chicago market.
Required Skills:
15 years of experience
PE and SE required
Familiarity with AutoCAD
Experienced in lateral wind and seismic analysis and design using wood, steel, light gage steel, concrete and masonry
Ability to independently develop construction drawings
8 years of experience managing projects and teams from start to finish
